Notice is hereby given to all the members of Kannada Sangha Toronto that an Annual General Meeting of the Kannada Sangha Toronto for year 2024-25 will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 4.00pm-7.00pm virtually on Zoom platform. 

 AGENDA 

1. Procedural Matters – Presiding Officer

2. Report from Board of Director

3. Report of the Executive Committee (President, Secretary and Treasurer’s Report including Statement of accounts)

4. External Audit – KST – 50 Financials audit report

5. Constitution amendment sign off and implementation – President, Vijay Bangalore

6. Election Process: Online voting only. All the eligible members will receive a google form to exercise their right to vote. Voting will be held only if the number of nominations received exceeds number of vacancies. Please refer to the nomination form. Voting period will beannounced, if an election is required.

7. Presiding officer to announce team of Executive Committee members 2025-2026

          (i) BOD – 2 positions

         (ii) President

         (iii) Vice President

         (iv) Secretary

         (v) Treasurer

         (vi) Adult Members

         (vii) Youth Members – 4 positions

         (viii) Youth Volunteers – 10 limit, but has to register on or before last date for nomination.

3. The Executive Committee will publish the Names and Profiles of the valid nominees on the KST website and KST newsletter.
4. If a KST member in good standing wishes to discuss at the AGM, any KST related matters with current executive committee please notify such questions by email to kst.president@gmail.com by June 16, 2025. Community may kindly note no ad-hoc questions will be discussed at the AGM.
5. A separate email with zoom meeting information will be sent to all the valid members on June 20, 2025.
6. Any individual or family that becomes a member after this AGM Notice will not be eligible to vote.
